Lights ON
Who We Are
Lights ON is Queensland’s first disability-led, accessibility-first on-camera training program.
Created by Liza Brock (casting director, creative producer, disability advocate) and delivered with industry mentors, we empower disabled creatives to step confidently in front of the camera — not just as participants, but as professionals shaping the future of film, TV and media.
This is more than training. It’s a movement for authentic representation, a pathway into the entertainment industry, and a legacy project building toward Brisbane 2032.

Who's it for
OUR MISSION
Lights On is for disabled creatives who want to learn, grow, and find their people.
Whether you're dipping your toe in for the first time or ready for something more serious, this is a place to build confidence, get real skills, and feel seen.
We’re here to change the story — by putting you in the driver’s seat of your own creative journey.

Breanna Swan
For an autistic actor, LIGHTS ON is not just training --- it's the difference between invisibility and career.

In partnership with Indel Arts, our joint vision delivers a full-circle pathway — training, representation, and employment — aligned with Brisbane’s Elevate 2042 legacy for inclusion, creativity, and community impact.
